Orientation to Local Environmental Enforcement
TIDRC000 is a free one-CEU credit (one-hour) class designed to provide a basic understanding of specific anti-pollution criminal laws. This class is available to anybody, including government staff, elected officials, or members of the public needing an overview of the local enforcement options. This is a very short class that will provide you with one-hour of CEU credits approved by TDLR and show how our online classes operate.

Instructions:
(1) Registration is necessary to receive a Certificate. If you have not already registered for this class, please do so by clicking here. The class is free, but registration is required.
(2) Read the materials below. You can read them on-line here or download them to your computer. If they are useful, feel free to share them it with others.
(3) When you are ready, click here to take your test. You can take the class as often as you need to reach 70% correct and pass the course.
(4) RECEIVE CERTIFICATE. No more waiting on me! When you pass this test (normally a score of 70% correct or above) your Certificate will automatically become available for downloading or printing. Click the link up near your score. When you print or save the Certificate, be sure to print it in LANDSCAPE format or it will look strange. (5) For TCOLE credit, check with your local agency Training Officer before taking the class. He or she will report your achievements to TCOLE (class TCOLE 3880).
