Orientation to Local Environmental Enforcement
TIDRC000 is a free one-CEU credit (one-hour) class designed to provide a basic understanding of specific anti-pollution criminal laws. This class is available to anybody, including government staff, elected officials, or members of the public needing an overview of the local enforcement options. This is a very short class that will provide you with one-hour of CEU credits approved by TDLR and show how our online classes operate.
One (1) CEU; $25.
For a more in-depth overview of local enforcement see TIDRC009 Principles of Enforcement and Abatement. Like all of our online classes, you are welcome to read materials for TIDRC009 for free.
