Officer Safety
TIDRC001 is a one CEU credit (one-hour) class designed to encourage enforcement officers to be more safety conscious.
One (1) CEU; FREE.
This class is now in the “Study the Video + Pass the Test = Earn your Certificate” format.
- REGISTER. Go to https://tidrc.regfox.com/tidrc005-officer-safety and register for class. This is a free class, but to receive a Certificate you still have to register, study the video, and pass a test.
- WATCH VIDEO. Watch this short video, pausing for closer study: Enforcement Officer Safety Video
The running time for the video is just under 8 minutes. However, pause the video to study the separate frames. Your test is based on the information in the images. - STUDY SLIDES. The object of the testing process is for you to learn something, so please don’t randomly click away on your first pass to see the answers for a second try. Click here for a .pdf of just the slides for easier study.
- PASS TEST. When you’ve watched the video and studied the material, Click here to take your test. Passing score on this test is 70. Immediate re-taking is allowed. You’ll receive immediate results of your score, as will I. If you fail to pass, re-study the video and slides for details you may have overlooked and try again.
- RECEIVE CERTIFICATE. Wait on me to send your Certificate … for a while anyway. I’m working on a way to produce this automatically for you upon completion of your test. I had a way, but it that system was far too complicated for easy use. I try to get your Certificate out to you on the same day that you pass, including weekends.
