Principles of Enforcement and Abatement
TIDRC009 is a six CEU credit (six-hour) class providing a detailed summary of the primary ways local governments can enforce Texas municipal codes and criminal laws against pollution and the primary ways that pollution can be abated.

Instructions:
(1) Registration is necessary to receive a Certificate for completing this class. If you have not already registered for this class, please do so by clicking here. The fee for taking this class is $39, unless you or your organization have pre-paid the fee as described on the Home page
(2) Read the materials below. You can read them on-line here or download them to your computer. If they are useful, feel free to share them with others.
(3) Review your understanding with these practice quizzes and flash cards. This is a new opportunity to make sure you understand this material. To review this class, click here.
(4) When you are ready, click here to take your test. You can take the class as often as you need to reach 70% correct and pass the course.
(5) We automatically receive word from our testing service when you pass the test. We’ll check to make sure that your records are correct and email your Certificate. We’re careful about this, and you should allow 24 hours after passing a test to receive your Certificate. TDLR may request copies from you when you re-register or when being audited. We do not submit copies to any state agency. If you should misplace a Certificate, contact ockels@mac.com for a free replacement copy.
(6) For TCOLE credit, check with your local agency Training Officer before taking the class. He or she will report your achievements to TCOLE (class TCOLE 3880).
